Where does your posture fall on the above set of pictures? If your spine has lost its normal shape, the discs between the bones may have already started to decay, regardless of age. The lack of normal shape causes the discs to be compressed preventing lubricating fluid from penetrating. The lack of lubrication causes “dry joints” that lead to premature aging, stiffness, loss of movement, and bone spurs.
